What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

A Postage and Handling charge of a flat $14.95 for delivery within Australia except for heavier/larger orders where the charge is a flat $35, no matter how many products you order nor the size and weight.

How long will delivery take?

Our aim is to deliver every order as soon as possible. We dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. We dispatch via Aust Post with delivery times depending on your distance from Sydney. For instance, for our Western Australia customers we have found an average delivery time of approximately 5 working days. For larger items, many of which are air freighted direct from overseas allow a minimum of 10 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We do not disclose customer information to third parties other when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Yes. If you pay for the order by credit card we also include a copy of the Credit Card payment receipt.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Unless you are happy with your purchase we can’t be either. That’s why we offer all our customers a full money back guarantee. This guarantee means you can see, touch and test each product for a full 30 days risk free. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the items to us in their original condition for a full refund (excluding delivery), no questions asked. An exception is items that have been personalised based on your specific requirements.
