A Postage and Handling charge of a flat $14.95 is for delivery within Australia except for heavier/larger orders where the charge is a flat $35, no matter how many products you order nor the size and weight.

All prices EXCLUDE GST of 10% but subject to any change imposed by State or Federal Governments. The items purchased are delivered to your address by Australia Post or for some large items, by courier. All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Sydney. For instance, for our Western Australia customers we have found an average delivery time of approximately 5 working days.

If an urgent delivery is required it can be arranged via Australia Post’s Overnight Delivery Service but for an additional charge.

If an item is temporarily out-of-stock we will advise the length of delay before accepting the order.
